No. Most conversations start with a symptom: a task that takes too long, work that gets redone, requests that slip through. Working out where an improvement is worthwhile, and where it isn't, is part of the job.
Often, yes. Many business tools can be connected through built-in integrations, APIs, or exports, and we would rather build around what you already use than replace it. What is feasible depends on the specific tools and the access they allow, so we check that early, before anyone commits to a plan.
Not necessarily. Sometimes the right answer is a feature in a tool you already pay for, or a simple automation between two systems. Custom software or an AI agent makes sense when the off-the-shelf options don't fit how you work. We'll recommend the simplest thing that solves the problem.
By agreement, before the work starts. We settle what access is needed, who provides it, how your information will be handled, and what happens to that access when the work ends. We ask only for what the work requires. If your business has specific requirements, the engagement is built around them.
Individually. After an initial conversation we propose a focused piece of work with a defined scope, responsibilities, and success criteria, and we agree on the price for that work before it starts. We don't publish packages because the right scope depends on your situation.
